Citi plans seven-year market-linked CDs on Dynamic Asset Selector 5

Chicago, May 10 – Citibank, NA plans to price market-linked certificates of deposit due May 31, 2024 linked to the Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5 Excess Return index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 220% to 235% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets is the agent.
The CDs will price on May 25.
The Cusip number is 17294XAY2.
