China’s Reward gets extension of draft submission deadline to Feb. 13

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 10 – Reward International Investment Ltd. as issuer of $200 million of 7¼% senior notes due 2020 and guarantors Reward (HK) International Co., Ltd. and Reward Science and Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. have received an extension to their bankruptcy reorganization program draft submission deadline, according to an announcement with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Ltd.

The submission deadline has been extended to Feb. 13.

Beijing-based Reward Science and Technology makes and distributes food products, including milk powder and anhydrous butter products.
