Athora Netherlands to redeem $69.43 million subordinated notes

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 13 – Athora Netherlands NV, formerly known as Vivat NV, will redeem the outstanding $69,425,000 of originally issued $575 million fixed-to-fixed rate undated subordinated notes (ISIN: XS1717202490) on the first call date of Nov. 16, according to a notice.

The redemption will be at par with accrued interest and any arrears of interest.

The insurance products and services provider is based in Amstelveen, Netherlands.
