Fitch changes Phoenix Natural Gas view

Fitch Ratings said it revised Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd.'s outlook to stable from negative, while affirming the company's long-term issuer default rating at BBB.

The agency said the revision reflects an upwardly revised forecast post-maintenance interest coverage ratios for the regulatory period of 2023 through 2028, based on improved final regulatory determination and expectations that gearing will be managed at below 65%.
