Russia’s PhosAgro tightens talk to 2¾% area for seven-year notes

Chicago, Sept. 9 – PJSC PhosAgro tightened talk on Thursday for its expected issue of $500 million of seven-year senior notes, revising coupon talk to the 2¾% area.

Initial price talk expected the notes due Sept. 16, 2028 in the 3¼% area, a market source said.

BofA Securities, Citigroup, Gazprombank, JPMorgan, Raiffeisen Bank, Renaissance Capital, Sberbank CIB, UniCredit and VTB Capital are underwriting the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

PhosAgro is a Moscow-based chemical holding company.
