India’s VKJ Infradevelopers plans foreign-currency convertibles

Chicago, June 27 – VKJ Infradevelopers Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to raise funds through the issue of foreign-currency convertible bonds.

The issue was approved at a board meeting held Tuesday.

The company also plans to issue of American Depository Receipts or equity shares on preferential basis.

VKJ is a New Delhi-based construction materials trading company. It primarily trades soil and sand.
