India’s VKJ Infradevelopers board to consider raising new funds

Minneapolis, April 18 – VKJ Infradevelopers Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Monday to discuss raising new funds.

Specifically, the board will consider: Raising funds to implement the business expansion of the company; various modes of raising funds including equity, debt or a combination thereof; and raising funds through the participation of banks, financial institutions, venture capital funds and/or alternate investment funds.

VKJ is a New Delhi, India-based construction materials trading company. It primarily trades soil and sand.
