Fitch rates SDIC notes A+

Fitch Ratings said it rated State Development & Investment Corp., Ltd.'s planned dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes A+. Wholly owned subsidiary Rongshi International Finance Ltd. will sell the notes that will be guaranteed by SDIC.

The notes will be issued under SDIC's $3 billion medium-term note program, which is rated A+ by Fitch.

Proceeds will be used for overseas project construction and general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
