Telos CLO 2014-6 directed by holders to redeem secured note classes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 6 – Telos CLO 2014-6, Ltd./Telos CLO 2014-6, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem its secured notes in whole from sale proceeds, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 17.

Holders of the class A-1-R, A-2-R, B-1-R, B-2-R, C-R, D-R and E notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
