Neuberger Berman CLO XVII to refinance several secured note classes

Chicago, April 6 – Neuberger Berman CLO XVII, Ltd., as issuer, and Neuberger Berman CLO XVII, LLC, as co-issuer, notified noteholders that they have been called to refinance their secured notes by a majority of subordinated notes.

The issuer is seeking to call its class A notes, class B notes, class C notes, class D notes, class E-1 notes, class E-2 notes, subordinated notes and subordinated fee notes, according to the notice.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
