Harvest CLO IX subordinated holders explore refinancing of rated notes

Norfolk, Va., April 6 – Harvest CLO IX DAC said certain holders of its €55 million subordinated notes are exploring a refinancing of six classes of rated notes due 2028, according to a notice.

The following notes are affected:

• €304.2 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €60.8 million of class B senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €30.4 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €21.4 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €35.5 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• €15 million of class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes.
