New Issue: Indonesia's Modernland sells $268.48 million 3% notes due 2027

Concord, N.H., Dec. 22 – Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd. has issued $268,480,678 of 3% guaranteed senior notes due 2027, according to a regulatory listing confirmation notice.
The notes were issued on Dec. 17 and will be listed on the Singapore exchange on Thursday.
Modernland is a real estate company based in Jakarta.
