Sound Point CLO IV directed to redeem secured notes on April 23

Olympia, Wash., March 23 – Sound Point CLO IV, Ltd./Sound Point CLO IV, Inc. received a required redemption direction from its collateral manager to redeem its secured notes, according to a notice.

Each class of secured notes will be redeemed from sale proceeds on April 23.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

New York-based Sound Point Capital Management, LP is the collateral manager.
