TICP CLO I directed to redeem nine classes of notes on April 26

Olympia, Wash., April 16 – TICP CLO I, Ltd./TICP CLO I, LLC received direction from tis collateral manager to redeem nine classes of notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 26:

• $283.5 million of class A-1-R notes for a redemption price of $285,578,381.03;

• $10 million of class A-2a-R notes for a redemption price of $10,083,811.50;

• $40.75 million of class A-2b-R notes for a redemption price of $41,091,531.86;

• $15 million of class A-2c-R notes for a redemption price of $15,132,742.50;

• $27.25 million of class B-R notes for a redemption price of $27,519,261.34;

• $25 million of class C notes for a redemption price of $25,315,778.75;

• $22 million of class D notes for a redemption price of $22,343,885.30; and

• $10.5 million of class E notes for a redemption price of $10,681,189.58.

For the $45 million of subordinated notes, the redemption price will be the respective proportional share of the amount of the proceeds of the assets remaining after giving effect to the redemption of the rated notes and full payment of all expenses.
