Indonesia’s Indika to redeem all $265 million 6 7/8% notes due 2022

New York, Oct. 23 – Indika Energy Capital II Pte. Ltd. plans to redeem all outstanding $265 million 6 7/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: US45569EAA55, USY39698AA65), according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 23 at a redemption price equal to 103.438, plus interest.

Citibank NA, London Branch (+353 1 622 2210) is the paying agent and the transfer agent.

Citicorp International Ltd. (+852 2323 0279) is the trustee.

Indika is an energy company based in Jakarta and is a fully owned subsidiary of PT Indika Energy Tbk.
