Fitch pulls IBEC bond rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the BBB rating on International Bank for Economic Co-operation's planned long-term Romanian leu bond issuance because the offering been cancelled.

The agency assigned the rating on Nov. 12.

The outlook is stable.
