Morgan Stanley eyes partial principal at risk notes on Stoxx Dividend

Morgantown, W.Va., May 17 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due May 21, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx Select Dividend 30 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus at least 210% of any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $950 per security.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 18.

The Cusip number is 61768CY43.
