Mountain View CLO II to redeem seven classes of notes on April 12

Norfolk, Va., March 7 – Mountain View CLO II Ltd./Mountain View CLO II Corp. received written notice from collateral manager Seix Investment Advisors LLC setting the terms for the optional redemption of seven classes of notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 12:

• $58,672,152.42 of class A-1 notes, for a total redemption price of $58,858,127.01;

• $31,904,672.74 of class A-2 notes, for a total redemption price of $32,005,801.78;

• $1,892,650.08 of class A-3 notes, for a total redemption price of $1,898,649.26;

• $26 million of class B notes, for a total redemption price of $26,092,162.85;

• $24.1 million of class C notes, for a total redemption price of $24,203,502.87;

• $19.7 million of class D notes, for a total redemption price of $19,826,468.58; and

• $14.7 million of class E notes, for a total redemption price of $14,875,219.96.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

SunTrust Bank is the class A-2 and A-3 note agent.
