S&P revises Rain Carbon view to negative

S&P said it revised its outlook on Rain Carbon Inc. to negative from stable and affirmed the B+ long-term issuer credit rating on the company.

S&P also affirmed the BB long-term issue rating on its €390 million first-lien secured term loan B and $150 million revolver facility and the B issue rating on its 2025 U.S. dollar-denominated second-lien notes.

“The negative outlook reflects our view that RCI's performance may not recover to levels commensurate with the current rating due to prolonged weakness in product demand,” S&P said in a news release.
