Volksbank plans euro benchmark of green perpetual notes

Concord, N.H., June 8 – Volksbank NV plans to sell a euro-denominated benchmark of perpetual notes qualifying as AT1, according to a London Stock Exchange pre-stablization notice Wednesday.

The notes are non-callable for 5.5 years.

UBS AG London Branch, Goldman Sachs, ING, Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale are managers of the deal.

The Dutch retail bank is based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
