Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $4.31 million of autocallable yield notes due Dec. 29, 2023 linked to the stocks of Best Buy Co. and Wayfair Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at a rate of 10.54% year.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly trigger observation date beginning June 24.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 55% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least-performing stock.
