Fitch rates Mitra Pinasthika Mustika bonds

Fitch Ratings assigned an AA (idn) rating to PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Finance's proposed sale of up to Rp 800 billion of senior bonds.

Proceeds will be used to support the company’s growth.

The bonds share the rating of the company’s national long-term rating because they will be direct, senior obligations ranking equally with all its other senior obligations, Fitch said.

The outlook is stable.
