iAnthus Capital Holdings appeal dismissed, plan of arrangement is approved

Chicago, Jan. 25 – iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. gave an update on its recapitalization transaction for a plan of arrangement in a press release on Friday.

An appeal was scheduled to be heard on Jan. 26, an appeal which the company defended.

The appeals brought by Walmer Capital Ltd., Island Investments Holdings Ltd. and Alastair Crawford were dismissed on Friday.

The plan of arrangement has been upheld.

The recapitalization transaction that will reduce the company’s debt will take place.

iAnthus is an operator of cannabis cultivation, processing and dispensary facilities throughout the United States. It is based in New York and Toronto.
