United Road Towing five-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Feb. 17 – United Road Towing, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Jim Champion of Mission Wrecker, SA of Con Verse, Texas; Michael Brooks, representing First Service Credit Union; Matthew Brady of M2 Development, LLC of Henderson, Nev.; Beth Mier of Secure-24, LLC of Southfield, Mich.; and Sergio Aguirre of FTM Corp. of Miami.

United Road is a Mokena, Ill.-based towing, recovery, impound and vehicle management solutions company. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 6 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10249.
