Madison Park Funding XV to redeem six classes of notes via refinancing

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 6 – Madison Park Funding XV, Ltd./Madison Park Funding XV, LLC said a majority of its subordinated noteholders directed it to redeem six classes of notes via a refinancing, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 17, for the following total redemption prices:

• $413,806,760.44 for the class A-1 notes;

• $80,260,609.24 for the class A-2 notes;

• $34,786,782.70 for the class B-1 notes;

• $20,051,768.85 for the class B-2 notes;

• $35,096,720.49 for the class C notes; and

• $40,151,371.03 for the class D notes.
