Brazil’s Rumo to redeem all $500 million 5 7/8% notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 20 – Rumo Luxembourg Sarl will redeem in full its $500 million 5 7/8% notes due 2025 (Cusips: 781467AB1, L79090AB9) on Jan. 18, according to a company release.

The redemption price will be $1,029.38 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Accrued and upaid interest will be paid to the redemption date.

After the redemption date, interest will cease to accrue and the notes will no longer be outstanding.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee, registrar, paying agent and transfer agent.

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust is the principal paying agent.

Rumo is a railroad and logistics operator in the Brazilian infrastructure industry.
