New Issue: Citi sells $725,000 dual directional market-linked notes on SPDR ETF

Chicago, Dec. 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $725,000 of 0% dual directional barrier market-linked notes due April 29, 2024 linked to the performance of the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

A barrier event will occur if the fund closes above its 118.9% upper barrier or at or below its 81.1% lower barrier on any trading day during the life of the notes.

If a barrier event occurs, investors will receive par plus 3%.

If a barrier event does not occur, investors will receive par plus the greater of 3% of the absolute value of the fund return.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
