New Issue: Scotiabank prices $2.5 million digital notes linked to SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF

Columbus, Ohio, May 4 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $2.5 million of 0% digital notes due May 30, 2024 linked to the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,207.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
