New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.87 million 6% contingent income autocallables on indexes, ETF

Chicago, May 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.87 million of contingent income autocallable securities due May 9, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 6%, paid monthly, if each underlier closes at or above its 78% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically at par starting May 4, 2022 at par on any monthly call determination date if each asset finishes above its 90% redemption threshold.

At maturity the payout will be par unless each asset closes below its 70% downside threshold in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
