Louisiana Heart Hospital four-member creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Feb. 10 – Louisiana Heart Hospital’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Travis Lawrence of McKesson Technologies, Inc. of Alpharetta, Ga.; Bob Zbylicki of Medtronic USA, Inc. of Columbia Heights, Minn.; Barbara Kusnick of Manderville, La.; and Donald D. Dietze Jr. of Lacombe, La.

The committee is Heller Draper Patrick Horn & Dabney, LLC.

The Lacombe, La.-based hospital filed bankruptcy on Jan. 30 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10201.
