Philippines’ STI Education plans PHP 3 billion maiden bond issuance

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 24 – STI Education Services Group, Inc. is planning to issue PHP 3 billion of bonds, according to a news release.

Philippine Rating Services Corp. has assigned a rating of Aa to the Makati City, Philippines-based company’s proposed maiden bond issue.

STI Education operates college campuses throughout the Philippines.
