Taiwan’s Hua Nan Financial plans up to NT$12 billion bonds for 2017

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 26 – Hua Nan Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. plans to issue up to NT$12 billion of bonds in 2017, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.

The proposed issuance includes up to NT$7 billion of corporate bonds and up to NT$5 billion of subordinated corporate bonds.

The bonds will have terms of at least five and seven years.

Hua Nan Securities will act as the underwriter.

Proceeds will be used to repay a bond maturing in 2018 and to enhance the company’s capital structure.

The financial services company is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
