New Issue: AerCap prices $1.75 billion of guaranteed senior fixed-rate notes due 2027, 2030

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 18 – AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust priced $1.75 billion of guaranteed senior notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB) in two tranches on Monday, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold $900 million of 6.1% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2027 at a spread of 150 basis points over Treasuries. These notes priced at 99.54 to yield 6.241%.

An $850 million tranche of 6.15% notes due Sept. 30, 2030 priced at 185 bps over Treasuries. These notes priced at 99.371 to yield 6.262%.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Santander US Capital Markets LLC were the active bookrunners. Citizens JMP Securities, LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Regions Securities LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC were passive bookrunners.

The notes are guaranteed by AerCap Holdings NV.

Proceeds will be used to acquire, invest in, finance or refinance aircraft assets, to repay debt and for other general corporate purposes.

The aircraft leasing company is based in Dublin.
