AerCap Ireland, AerCap Global will redeem 3.3% notes on Dec. 23

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 6 – AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust announced the upcoming redemption of all $600 million principal amount outstanding of their 3.3% senior notes due 2023 (Cusip: 00774MAD7), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Dec. 23.

The total redemption price will be $608.25 million, which includes $8.25 million in interest.

The notes must be surrendered to Wilmington Trust, NA, the trustee and paying agent.

Interest will cease to accrue on and after the redemption date.

AerCap Holdings NV is the guarantor.

AerCap is an independent aircraft leasing company based in Amsterdam.
