New Issue: India’s PNB Housing plans Rs. 9.5 billion of 7.63% three-year bonds

Minneapolis, July 12 – PNB Housing Finance Ltd. plans to issue Rs. 9.5 billion of 7.63% secured redeemable nonconvertible bonds due July 14, 2020, according to a notice.

The series 35 bonds will be issued at par of Rs. 1 million each by way of private placement.

The bonds will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

PNB is a New Delhi-based housing loan company.
