India’s PNB Housing offers Rs. 10.25 billion of 7.46% bonds due 2020

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 30 – PNB Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it exercised the greenshoe on its issue of 7.46% secured redeemable nonconvertible bonds due April 30, 2020, lifting the offering to Rs. 10.25 billion.

The initial issue amount was Rs. 9 billion, as reported on Thursday.

The bonds will be issued by private placement, with the issue opening on Monday and closing on Tuesday.

The bonds were rated AAA by CARE and AAA by India Ratings and are to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

PNB is a New Delhi-based housing loan company.
