India’s PNB Housing to offer Rs. 9 billion of 7.46% bonds due 2020

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 26 – PNB Housing Finance Ltd. plans to open a Rs. 9 billion issue of 7.46% secured redeemable non-convertible bonds due April 30, 2020, according to a Bombay Stock Exchange notice.

The bonds will be issued by private placement, with the issue opening on Monday and closing on Tuesday.

There is also a greenshoe, according to the notice.

The bonds have been rated AAA by CARE and AAA by India Ratings and are to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

PNB is a New Delhi-based housing loan company.
