India’s Infibeam directors to discuss issuing warrants, convertibles

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 18 – Infibeam Incorporation Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Jan. 24 to consider raising funds by way of preferential issue of warrants and/or any other convertible securities.

The company also announced that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from Jan. 19 to Jan. 26, both days inclusive, for all directors, KMPs, officers, designated employees and other persons connected to the company.

Infibeam is an internet and e-commerce company based in Ahmedabad, India.
