Jain International to redeem early three series of notes

Lexington, Ky., March 31 – India’s Jain International Trading BV will redeem three series of notes early, according to three notices.
Jain will redeem its $60 million 7 1/8% notes due March 31, 2026 (ISIN: XS2377356253) in full.
Jain will also redeem its $48 million 7 1/8% notes due March 31, 2026 (ISIN: XS2377357228) at a redemption rate of 56.25%.
Finally, Jain will redeem its $85.1 million 7 1/8% notes due March 31, 2026 (ISIN: XS2377357491) at a redemption rate of 75%.
The redemptions are slated for April 4.
The issuer is a subsidiary of Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., a Jalgaon, India-based agri-business company and manufactures irrigation systems in India.
