Amigo Loans talks £50 million tap of 7 5/8% notes at 104.25-104.5; pricing Wednesday

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 3 – Amigo Loans plans to price a £50 million add-on to the Amigo Luxembourg SA 7 5/8% senior secured notes due 2024 on Wednesday, according to market sources.

Price talk is 104.25 to 104.5, according to a London-based sellside source.

JPMorgan, Jefferies and NatWest are managing the sale.

The original notes, which priced at par in a £275 million issue on Jan. 13, 2017, came with three years of call protection.

The Bournemouth, England-based financial services company plans to use the proceeds to repay debt under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
