India’s Future Consumer directors board to consider debentures issue

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 9 – Future Consumer Ltd. might issue non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis or otherwise, according to a letter to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company’s board of directors will meet on Thursday to consider the matter.

Future Consumer Enterprise is a sourcing-to-supermarket food company based in Mumbai.
