New Issue: Indonesia’s Bank Negara issues $500 million 5.28% notes due 2029

Lexington, Ky., April 8 – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. priced $500 million of 5.28% senior notes due 2029 (BBB/BBB-) at par under its $2 billion euro medium-term note program, according to a pricing supplement.

The notes are putable at par because of a change of control and for taxation reasons but are otherwise non-callable.

The joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S deal are BNI Securities Pte. Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

The issuer is based in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, and provides personal and business banking services.
