TalkTalk Telecom to repay amounts drawn under revolver via new notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 10 – TalkTalk Telecom Group plc plans to repay amounts drawn under its revolving credit facility using proceeds from a new offering of notes, according to a press release.

The company announced on Monday that it plans to price £500 million of senior notes due 2025.

Proceeds will also be used to redeem the company’s £400 million senior notes due 2022.

The company is a London-based provider of pay television, telecommunications, internet and mobile network services.
