Pampa Energia to begin roadshow for Argentine peso five-year notes

New York, June 22 – Pampa Energia SA is set to begin a roadshow for Argentine-peso denominated, five-year notes for up to $500 million equivalent, according to market sources.

The notes (provisional: B3/B/) will be denominated in Argentine pesos but payable in U.S. dollars at a specified foreign exchange rate.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures.

Bookrunners of the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal include Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.

Pampa Energia is an energy company based in Buenos Aires.
