S&P downgrades Argentine issuers

S&P said it lowered its local- and foreign-currency ratings on the following Argentine companies to CCC- from CCC+. The downgrades follow a similar action on Argentina on Tuesday.

The issuers are Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SA, AES Argentina Generacion SA, Capex SA, Compania General de Combustibles SA, Clisa-Compania Latinoamericana de Infraestructura & Servicios SA, Empresa Distribuidora Y Comercializadora Norte SA, Pampa Energia SA, Telecom Argentina SA, Transportadora de Gas del Sur SA, YPF Energia Electrica SA and YPF SA.

The outlook is negative.
