Advance Auto Parts offers dollar-denominated notes due 2027

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 22 – Advance Auto Parts, Inc. expects to sell dollar-denominated notes due 2027, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and are then redeemable at par.

The bookrunners are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Truist Securities Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.

Proceeds will be used for a tender offer to purchase for cash all of the company’s 4.5% senior notes due Dec. 1, 2023.

Advance Auto is a Roanoke, Va.-based specialty retailer of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, batteries and maintenance items.
