New Issue: Argentina’s Genneia prices $350 million 8¾% notes due 2022 at par

Atlanta, Jan. 12 – Argentina’s Genneia SA priced $350 million of 8¾% notes due 2022 (expected ratings: B3//B+) at par to yield 8¾%, a market source said.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Itau and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the deal.
Genneia is a power company based in Buenos Aires.
