Nautique Funding calls several series of notes for Jan. 17 redemption

Chicago, Jan. 4 – Nautique Funding Ltd., as issuer, and Nautique Funding Corp., as co-issuer, notified holders of an optional redemption of several series of notes.

Holders of at least 66 2/3% of the aggregate principal amount of the income notes have directed the issuer to redeem the notes, according to the notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 17 as follows:

• $5,345,027.47 for the class A-3 notes, which is equal to par plus accrued interest to the redemption date;

• $20,080,755.56 for the class B-1 notes, which is par plus accrued interest to the redemption date;

• $10,151,675.00 for the class B-2 notes, which is par plus the make-whole premium and accrued interest to the redemption date;

• $31,204,393.33 for the class C notes, which is par plus accrued interest to the redemption date;

• $12,858,383.11 for the class D notes, which is par plus accrued interest to the redemption date; and

• For the income notes, its pro rata share of the amount of the proceeds of the collateral remaining after the redemption of the senior notes and the payment of all expenses of the co-issuers under the priority of payments.

The record date will be Jan. 3.
