Los Angeles, Nov. 18 – Easy Tactic Ltd. issued $360 million of 12 3/8% two-year senior notes on Wednesday, according to a notice.
Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, China Citic Bank International Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., HeungKong Securities Ltd. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are the bookrunners.
Easy Tactic is a special purpose vehicle of Guangzhou, China-based real estate developer R&F Properties.
