Barclays plans notes linked to S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% ER index

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 23 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 31, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the digital percentage of 9.5%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 27.

The Cusip number is 06741VFX5.
